For the purchase of any Therapia products we save the following data: name, address, contact info and product/s purchased. There is no forwarding of data to third parties, with the exception of forwarding of the required data to the settling bank/payment service provider (Worldpay) for purposes of debiting the purchase + postage price.

The data concerning your name, address, purchased products and purchase date will also be saved [based on the legal terms of § 96 paragraph 3 TKG (Telecommunications Act) as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (required for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR].
